DELPHI TECHNIQUE AND ITS IMPORTANCE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Handling a project as a Project Manager requires lots of effort, right decision, and proper planning. Apart from all these sometimes Project managers are unable to deliver what they have promised for in the given timeline due to lack of proper advice or unable to reach a common solution which would satisfy and meet the requirements of the Project.
