Boiled Potato & Mashed 1/2 Kg - (Ubley Huwe Aloo Ada Kilo)
Oil One Cup - (Tail Ek Cup)
One Onion Finely Chopped - (Ek Bareek Kata Huwa Piyaaz)
One Tomato Finely Chopped - (Ek Bareek Kata Huwa Tamatar)
Garam Masala Powder 1tsp - (Garam Masala Ek Chamach)
Pomegranate Seeds 1tbsp - (Anaar Dana Ek Chamach)
Red Chili Powder 1tsp - (Pisi Huwe Lal Mirch Ek Chamach)
Red Chili Flakes 1tsp - (Kuti Huwi Lal Mirchein Ek Chamach)
Green Chilies Chopped 2tbsp - (Do Sabaz Mirch Bareek Kati Huwi)
One Fry Egg - (Tala Huwa Ek Aanda)
Flour 2tbsp - (Maida Do Chamach)
Coriander & Cumin Seeds 1tsp - (Buna Huwa Sabot Daniya & Zeera Ek Chamach)
Black Pepper Powder 1tsp - (Pisi Huwi Kali Mirch Ek Chamach)
Salt to taste - (Namak Hazbey Zaiqa)
